The filler brands on the Barog board
Barog works with a mix of Korean-made and imported hyaluronic-acid lines. Imported options include Restylane, Juvederm and Belotero, while Korean lines include Neuramis and other MFDS-approved Korean hyaluronic-acid brands. Each area of the face lists the brands suited to it, so the lip row, the nose row and the tear trough row do not all carry the same products.
For collagen-stimulating work there is also Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite filler, which behaves differently from hyaluronic acid and sits in its own section of the menu. Stocking several lines lets the injector choose a gel by texture for each area of the face.
Certificates you can see in the clinic
Sixteen manufacturer authenticity certificates are displayed at Barog, covering filler brands and devices in use. Among the filler lines, certificates for Restylane, Neuramis and several Korean filler makers are on display, so you can match the name on your quote to a document on the wall.
Manufacturers and official distributors issue authenticity certificates to practices buying through the licensed channel. They do not replace the sealed box you see on the day. The two checks work together: the certificate shows where the clinic buys from, and the box shows what goes into your treatment.
Korean lines versus imported lines
Korean and imported fillers are both regulated as medical devices, and any product sold legally in Korea must be approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The practical differences lie in gel texture, the range of densities each brand offers, and cost.
On the board this shows up as separate rows. The nose entry line is ₩100,000 while the Restylane nose row is ₩280,000; for marionette lines, the Neuramis row is ₩80,000 and the Restylane row is ₩270,000. The injector picks a line by area and tissue, and you can ask for a specific brand.
When a brand request is not the right fit
Brand choice sits inside medical judgement. A firm volumising gel that suits a cheek would be the wrong texture for thin skin under the eye, where shallow placement risks a bluish Tyndall effect. If a requested product does not match the area, the injector will explain why and suggest another line from the board.
Some requests are declined outright: treatment over an active infection, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine. Whatever the brand, bruising, swelling and asymmetry remain possible, and rare vascular events are managed with an on-site dissolving protocol.
