Why ten-session toning courses rarely fit a holiday
The pico and dual toning event courses bundle ten sessions with hydration care. Toning is spaced at intervals of two to four weeks, so squeezing sessions into one week adds heat without extra benefit.
Visitors who want toning usually take the first-visit trial row once and decide later whether a course makes sense on return trips.
Combining toning, boosters and skin care
Toning and a hydrating booster address different things: one evens pigment, the other adds water. Whether they share a day or sit on separate days depends on how your skin reacts, and the doctor sets the order. Non-injection care such as an aqua peel or LDM care can also be added.
Some pairings are spaced deliberately. Laser work on skin that has just been injected, or a fat dissolving injection before a flight, can leave you swollen or irritated at the wrong moment.
Who should not stack treatments on one trip
A package is scaled down when the skin is not ready for it. A recent beach tan puts laser work on hold, as does light-sensitising medication. Injections wait during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over an active breakout or infection, and for anyone who has reacted to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine before.
The usual after-effects are also worth naming before you book: redness and temporary darkening after toning, needle marks and bruising after boosters, and swelling after fat dissolving. If a combination would leave several of these on the same days, the doctor splits it.
Building the schedule around your dates
Put anything with visible marks early in the stay. Glow injections and Rejuran leave marks or bumps for one to three days; mole removal leaves scabs for one to two weeks under repair tape. Toning with brief redness can come later.
Weekday appointments run until 20:00 and Saturday until 16:00, with Sunday closed, so plan around the weekend. Every price excludes 10% VAT.
