Choosing the right slot in a short stay
Weekday hours at Barog run to 20:00, Saturday closes at 16:00, and Sunday is a day off. For a weekend visitor the most useful slot is a Friday evening: you arrive, treat, and spend Saturday and Sunday watching the first swelling peak and begin to fall.
A Saturday appointment also works, with a shorter margin before the trip home. In both cases, keep the treatment day free of alcohol and saunas, and pack sunglasses in case bruising shows.
From the ferry terminal or Gimhae Airport, the metro runs to Seomyeon Station, a short walk from the clinic on the second and third floors of its building.
Language support and contact before you travel
Enquiries from Japan are handled on LINE, and English speakers can also write on WhatsApp. The clinic website is published in Japanese and English, and Barog is registered with KHIDI as a medical institution for international patients.
Before booking, send a front photo taken in natural light, your travel dates, and any previous under-eye filler with approximate dates. If you would like interpretation during the consultation itself, ask on LINE when you book so the team can confirm the arrangement for your date.
A one-visit plan for the tear trough
Barog injects the tear trough in small, staged amounts and keeps the first pass slightly under-corrected. Local patients can come back to build up gradually. A visitor may not be able to, so the consultation agrees on a single conservative session aimed at softening the shadow of the groove.
The price board lists under-eye hollow filler from ₩270,000, with a longer-lasting line at ₩350,000, and VAT is added. Results generally last six to twelve months, so a yearly trip lines up with the natural fade.
This treatment is different from namidabukuro shaping, which builds the ridge right under the lashes. Some visitors combine the two, but each is planned and priced as its own step.
Who should not treat on this trip
Filler cannot correct bulging under-eye fat. Visitors with marked eye bags are told that a surgical approach suits them better, and are not injected just because they have travelled.
Treatment is postponed in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, with an infection around the eyes, and for anyone with a history of sensitivity to either hyaluronic acid or lidocaine. Mention blood thinners in advance. Risks include bruising, swelling, a bluish Tyndall tint, unevenness, lumps and, rarely, a blocked vessel. If you notice pale skin, worsening pain or vision changes after returning to Japan, message the clinic on LINE at once and seek local care.
